Firstly, what this blog is and is not. It is not judgement or condemnation (John 3:17; Luke 19:10), but rather observation of the perilous times that we live in and highlighting the views, words and actions of perilous men. Why? Because when Jesus returns the second time it WILL be for judgement and we better be ready for him

(2 Timothy 3:1-5)
1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!

So, compare the perilous times and perilous men described in this scripture verse above and know that the time of His return is near. Jesus Himself said that we would know the time of His return; just as we know that summer is approaching when the fig tree gets ready to bear fruit (Matthew 24:32-33)
